Escaping comfort zone

Happy Sunday Y'all!!

I hope you guys had a great week, I can't believe it's already Sunday which means Monday is right around the corner! Wahhhhhhhh

Today I wanted to talk about exploring outside of your comfort zone.  I know I'm bad about it but I try to do things that I've never done and make changes without knowing whether it will succeed or not.

I'm going through many changes in my life right now and there are some major decisions that need to be made in the near future and I am so scared and excited at the same time! Since I have been training with my trainer Kevin, my outlook on life has taken a big turn for the best.  I no longer feel the need to be stuck in situations just because that's what the society says what we should be doing or how we should be feeling.  I no longer care how much money I need to be making or what I need to do in order to get that money (although I do agree that money makes things easier) but my end results and the goal should be my happiness.

Whatever I do in life, I want to be happy and feel the passion while doing it.  I want to challenge all of you to do something that pushes you out of your comfort zone.  It will be so scary and uncomfortable but believe me, it will be such a liberating experience and you will not regret it.

Oh, and how could I forget,  here's a little shot from the top of Camelback Mountain from yesterday.  I was running past people to get to the top and of course this silly one didn't see a tree in front of me so we had a little accident.  Let's just say that the tree won and hopefully we won't butt heads again.

Anyway, have a fantastic rest of the week and hope you get to do something that pushes you out of your comfort zone!

Catch you guys later!

Cheers,
J Bae

  1. As comforting as the comfort zone is, you really do need to escape it. It's hard though. I just had to go car shopping for the first time by myself and had to test drive cars, manual and automatic. Definitely outside my comfort zone. Still don't like it. Didn't enjoy it, but it's over and done with! Hope you have a good week!

    2. They really are shady. Luckily, I'm super skeptical and kind of good at reading people. All went well. Thanks!
